菊花酒由菊花與糯米、酒麴釀制而成的酒,古稱“長壽酒”,其味清涼甜美,有養肝、明目、健腦、延緩衰老等功效。菊花酒有枸杞菊花酒,花糕菊花酒,還有白菊花酒。
