2.學生准備。

(1)通過采訪或查閱資料了解重陽節的由來及風俗等。

(2)會讀一首重陽詩

收集重陽節的詩文，選一、二篇讀熟，以備展示。

(3)自製一張敬老卡

寫上兩三句給爺爺奶奶或外公外婆的心裡話，並會美化。

(4)說兩三句敬老話

一定要當面對老人說，注意配上肢體語言。如果有些老人住得很遠，沒有辦法在重陽節這天相聚，也可以通過打一個熱情洋溢的尊老電話來表達敬意。

(4)敬一杯敬老茶

先備好一小撮茶葉、幾粒枸杞、兩小片陳皮，用開水泡好後雙手奉上，配上幾塊五香豆腐乾當茶點

(6)做一件力所能及的事

在家給老人表演節目，敲背、按摩或者盛湯添飯等;陪老人聊天、下棋打牌、看電影等，也可以陪老人外出散步、賞花，放風箏給老人看。

一、指導思想：

農歷九月初九是我國古老的傳統節日之一，古人把「九九相重」叫重陽節;「九」是數學當中，「九九」與「久久」同音，包含著長久長壽的含意。1989年，我國把農歷九月初九定為「老人節」，將傳統與現代巧妙地結合，成為尊老、愛老、助老的「老人節」。平日，許多年輕的父母由於忙於工作，把照顧孩子的重要大事全權托給爺爺、奶奶或外公外婆，老人們冒著寒風酷暑，不管風吹雨打接送寶寶孫子，為孩子的冷熱飢飽操勞，他們無怨無悔，樂於奉獻。而孩子們一直熟視無睹，覺得理所當然，有的還向老人家發脾氣2015年小學重陽節活動策劃方案。本活動旨在為豐富孩子的社會知識，培養孩子敬老、愛老、助老的美德。

二、主題活動目標：

四、活動要求：

1、1-2年級各班舉行一次「故事會」活動;在重陽節那天每個學生送一件自製小禮物給爺爺奶奶或爸爸媽媽;幫父母做一月家務。開展孝親從我做起的爭做「小孝星」。

2、3-5年級各班舉行一次「孝親主題班會」活動;在重陽節那天每個學生自製賀卡一件送給爺爺奶奶或爸爸媽媽;開展「講一個故事」、「唱一首歌」、「做一件事」、「揉一次肩」、「捶一次背」、「做一月家務」、「寫一篇孝親作文」、「看一本孝親故事書」八個一活動。
