“颐养年老年公寓”是其开办的第二家养老机构，通过第一家“颐养年养老院”开办三年来的实践和不断总结经验，颐养年老年公寓制定了养老服务标准化、专业化、规模化、功能化和人性化的为老人日常生活服务、管理体系的统一标准，并组建了一支亲切、细致、服务周到的专业化管理、护理团队。
