在路上，表弟问我什么时候学上抖空竹的，我知道我并不会，但为了不丢面子，同时也急于想显摆一下，我竟然坐在自行车上玩起来。结果可想而知，空竹打在自行车轮上，在加上表弟刚学上骑车和“糟糕”的心理素质，并且还是下坡，造成自行车失控，一路飞驰而下。就在我们几乎绝望的时候，自行车“遇”到阻力神奇地停了下来，睁眼一看，只见那位“常见的”老环卫工人，一手紧紧地抓住车头，一手揽着我的腰，让自行车斜靠在他腹部，表弟情急之下，下意识的搂住他的脖子，因此，我们和自行车毫发无损，但是，那位环卫工人的裤子被脚踏板刮撕开，脚踝上也留下一道血口。我们本以为肯定要被狠狠地批评，甚至要赔偿些什么，可是只听到“你们没事吧，以后骑车小心点，千万不要在车上玩耍，早点回家！”。
望着微瘸着离开的背影，连一声“谢谢”的回馈都没有得到，小说中，每位英雄的出世都伴随着雷雨交加，每位英雄的出现都呈现出高大威猛，每位英雄的事迹都描述的出神入化。而面前的这位平凡的环卫工人，并没有如此的气势和气质，但他的行为依然值得称颂，得到我们尊敬。社会分工不同，每个人都有自己的价值，应该得到别人的理解和尊重，即便你不认同，但他们的价值依然璀璨的存在。你我都是平凡人，但平凡不等于平庸，我们都应为这个社会贡献我们的价值，这个社会才会更和谐，更美好。
