1、熱愛養老護理工作，勤奮敬業，工作認真負責，有強烈的事業心和責任心；
2、具有熟練的護理操作技能和豐富的專業知識儲備，服務水平高；
3、牢固樹立全心全意為老人服務思想，視老人為親人，尊老敬老，得到老人及其家屬的肯定和贊揚；
4、具有積極樂觀的精神風貌和良好的文化素養。 同等條件下具有中高級國家職業資格證書、獲得國家或市級榮譽者優先。
養老護理員作為新興職業，將伴隨全球老齡化社會的到來，呈現需求大於供給的總趨勢。但不可忽視的現狀是從業人員素質低、收入低，導致整體水平低。因此，一些有遠見的部門及機構非常重視養老護理員的培訓工作，不斷提高服務質量。
職業能力特徵：手指、手臂靈活，動作協調；表達能力與形體知覺較強；有空間感與色覺能力；有一定的學習能力。
適用對象 從事或准備從事本職業的人員。
申報條件
——初級（具備以下條件之一者）
1）經本職業初級正規培訓達規定標准學時數，並取得畢（結）業證書。
2）在本職業連續見習工作2年以上。
——中級（具備以下條件之一者）
1）取得本職業初級職業資格證書後，連續從事本職業工作3年以上，經本職業中級正規培訓達規定標准學時數，並取得畢（結）業證書。
2）取得本職業初級職業資格證書後，連續從事本職業工作5年以上。
3）取得經勞動保障行政部門審核認定的、以中級技能為培養目標的中等以上職業學校本職業（專業）畢業證書。
——高級（具備以下條件之一者）
1）取得本職業中級職業資格證書後，連續從事本職業工作4年以上，經本職業高級正規培訓達規定標准學時數，並取得畢（結）業證書。
2）取得本職業中級職業資格證書後，連續從事本職業工作6年以上。
3）取得高級技工學校或經勞動保障行政部門審核認定的、以高級技能為培養目標的高等職業學校本職業(專業)畢業證書。
——技師（具備以下條件之一者）
1）取得本職業高級職業資格證書後，連續從事本職業工作5年以上，經本職業技師正規培訓達規定標准學時數，並取得畢（結）業證書。
2）取得本職業高級職業資格證書後，連續從事本職業工作8年以上。
3）取得本職業高級職業資格證書的高級技工學校本職業(專業)畢業生，連續從事本職業工作2年以上。

Nowadays more and more elderly choose living in caring house. Some people are of the opinion that caring houses provide old people with a better environment than homes. Personally I agree with this opinion for the following reasons.
In the first instance, caring house provides the elderly with comparatively first-rate facilities and services, which the family is lacking in. Nowadays working couple need to face intense competition, they need to make more money to support their family. As a result, working couple have less time to care for old people especially when the elderly suffer from serious disease. On the contrary, when old people live in caring houses, nurses can attend their need and advanced facilities also provide a good treatment.
Secondly, in caring houses the older people can meet people of similar age group, taste and hobby who know more about the elderly. The young generation often has a different life style from old generation. Young people many feel other』 presence would upset. Besides, the older people need more serenity and rest while the young need more activities when the elderly choose living in caring house they need not worry about this problem.
Last but not least, elder people living in caring house can maintain harmony of family atmosphere. It is quite obvious that there is a generation gap between the older people and alt children. For example, old people fear change. They adhere to the traditional principle and customs while young people welcome new idea. They are always trying new things. It is inevitable that older people and alt children might have different opinions on something. These differences might result in the disagreement even discord.
From what has been discussed above, we may draw the conclusion that elderly people living in caring house is a good practice not only for alt children but also for older people. However, it does not mean children will give up the responsibility to care older people

作為一名連續參加兩年的自主生（文科）給你講講吧（我這也不是什麼光彩的事，畢竟我復讀了）。
你現在准備的話應該算是比較早的，孩子挺有超前意識啊。
我高三那年參加的是北約，廈門大學，是校薦（校薦是看成績的，但不同的學校有不同的政策，有的學校看三年成績，有的學校看高二的成績，我們學校就只看高三的成績，這點你要問清楚。不過最後給高校郵成績單的時候是郵三年的。但你也不用擔心，最後你會發現你高一的物理化學成績一加權都變成89、90了，可高可高的了。想當初我都60、70分才。），所以初審很快就過去了。
當時我也沒怎麼准備，只是背了背4級的英語單詞（你們江浙滬考生的單詞量應該本來就比我們北方的孩子多吧，我們老師總這么說），北約的歷史還會有一些很細碎的知識點，對於一些歷史名詞和歷史事件考得挺細的，對於這點你平時好好看書好好聽講完全可以應對。數學是我們文科生的弱項，但是也不是無跡可尋的。浙江卷的數學其實挺難的，把高考題做好啥都有了。另外北約喜歡考數列，三角函數和解析，這些你要好好學。至於語文，實在不好准備，只靠積累。
然後，我就通過了，20分到手。但是這根本不意味你就進入這個大學了，高考發揮失常還是把我送入了復讀的日子（吐血提醒：注意文綜！平時245、250分的到高考才190、200多的大有人在啊！模擬題終究是模擬題，跟高考題比還是很弱啊！）
復讀了以後我還是不死心，又開始自薦了。注意！我可是和你一樣，啥都沒有，沒有證書沒有特長連學校都沒了，整個就是憑著不怕死的精神報的。但是不怕死也要有內涵。我在裡面復上了這三年的成績單，去年參加北約的成績單，還有參加圖書館、養老院義工的證明，還有就是你的字要漂亮，一定要親筆寫自薦信。文章不要太過渲染，但也不要過分謙虛，最重要的是真實！還有要表達出你對這個大學的嚮往與追求。要告訴它，這個大學是我的唯一，是非它不可。反正我就寫了這么多。最後，最後竟然通過了，這不得不說是個奇跡啊！這回考華約，浙江大學。剛剛考完，熱乎勁還沒過呢。數學我勸你就自我摧殘了，華約的數學非我等文科生所能短時間速成，長時間的話又和高考偏離太遠。語文和高考的題型幾乎是一樣的，作為特值錢！100分的卷，作文50分！英語難，但是4級詞彙也夠應對。背好單詞啥都好使。華約的文綜比較像高考，但又不是高考。高考是材料說很多的話然後你來概括總結，華約是說很少的話讓你自己發揮，你要有自己的觀點。這玩意沒有什麼絕對的對錯，有道理就好。
然後我現在正在很糾結地等待面試通知。
